Worst place to go or entrust the care of your family members. They rarely change the bedding or offer a shower. If you are diabetic, they feed hi carb meals. Stay away from this facility!!!;

Under new leadership, I have seen substantial positive changes in this facility and its care. It recently had a survey completed by the state and recieved zero citations. This is a testament to the standard of care, cleanliness, and customer service you can now come to expect under the new ownership.

I recently toured this community and it is a very nice building inside and out! I’ve seen such a positive change under new ownership! Great job to the entire team!

My father was here for a short term rehab stay after a fall at home. He was very weak and barely walking when he admitted. At the end of his stay he was able to walk around the facility and discharge home. He genuinely enjoyed the staff and the caring and compassion they showed.

This facility is recently under new leadership and undergoing staffing changes. I can tell they are working hard to shift the culture in the building and create positive change. I trust the leadership to follow through and can tell they really care about the residents.

If I could rate this nursing home a “0” I most definitely would, because it does not deserve a 1 star review. My loved one has been a resident here for a long time now, and it was never great from the beginning but now in 2025 it has turned into a pigsty. My loved one is losing weight by the weeks, there is no way that the staff is making sure that they are properly being fed or teeth getting brushed or even a shower. They can not walk or really feed themself. The room is always smelling like urine and always in total complete disorder so it definitely has to be confusing for my loved one. I wonder if there is a cleaning crew. There are times when a family member is there and the food is just sitting there for hours at a time more so a prior meal. There have been times they are not dressed just sitting in a depend and tshirt I call that DISRESPECTFUL just as DISRESPECTFUL as nursing homes taking away everything a person owns to live there to get treated INADEQUATELY. That’s disheartening. I know nursing home staff can be a bit scarce but however the treatment that MY LOVE one is receiving is UNJUSTIFIABLE.

This facility has gone in a downward spiral over the years. When it comes to care for the residents and the upkeep of the facility it is below the bare minimum. We chose this facility for our loved one because at one time it was above average the decline in which we’ve had to witness is extremely disheartening. There seems to be an extremely high turnover rate with staff or lack of staff. There’s no consistency in how things are managed throughout the facility and there’s never any answers given to us that make sense. We are supposed to trust the facility to take some sort of pride in there positions and that’s not the case most of the time. There’s residents who aren’t being treated properly and they’re unable to manage basic daily acts alone. The things that we’ve complained about aren’t unreasonable but there’s still no resolution. We believe that all the residents should be treated with respect and dignity and if it were at all possible for us we would have moved our loved one but unfortunately that is not possible at this time. I would not recommend this facility because of the things we’ve been through with our loved one and things we’ve witnessed. I hope this helps anyone seeking proper care.

Poor food quality, girlfriend not eating for a week and they didn’t seem to care! Was on oxygen leaving hospital but not here for a week! Therapy hit and Miss but that was reason she there
